Q1 Who is eligible to enroll?
 
A1 The Insured must be a Singapore Resident, of at least eighteen (18) years to sixty (60) years of age on the commencement date of the Period of Insurance.

A2 Yes. This plan is extended to spouses.

Q3 When will the CreditACE Plus cover start?
 
A3 The cover commences on the date that you enroll online and when the payment transaction is successfully accepted.

Q4 What is the claim procedure?
 
A4 Upon the insured incident happening, you can call the customer service at 6398 8797 and the Customer Service Officer will be able to assist you.

If I have more questions after receiving the Welcome Pack, whom should I speak with?

 
A5 If you have any questions, please call the customer service at 6398 8797, Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 5pm to speak to an ACE Customer Service Officer.

Q6 Will I be covered if my Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass or Dependent Pass has expired?
 
A6 No. You need to have a valid Work Permit, S Pass, Employment Pass or Dependent Pass in order to be covered.

Q7 When will I receive the claims payout?
A7 Payment will be made by cheque to the nominated address or transferred to the nominated account within 7 – 14 working days upon approval of the claim.

A8 No medical examination is required. Enrollment is easy and hassle-free.
